It was hard enough just to get a plate with the crowd all around the waffle maker which was where the plates were.… The lady seemed mad people were there to eat. I didn’t appreciate the manager here arguing with me about this and insisting she was right. Parking isn’t easy to find if you come back at night. Also What looked like blood on back of bathroom door. Splattered something all over the tv stand in bedroom area. Room needed more towels for a room that sleeps 4 it should of had 4. I emailed her proof and she just kept ignoring me via email. I’ve had to deal with corporate to get them to get refunded because the manager Yvette said I was wrong which I was not. When I made the reservation via phone, a couple days prior and when I checked in I was told $50. I called to confirm and was told 3 different times by different people that pet fee was $50. We were over charged for a pet fee compared to what it said on.
